• EXPRESS DELIVERY (receive your order in just 2 hours) Delivery fee is based on the shipping company's rates (orders placed before 5 PM will be delivered the same day, orders placed after 5 PM will be delivered before 11 AM the next day) (including Sundays and holidays)
• BASIC DELIVERY TIME: 12-24 hours
  • Inner city districts: Delivery fees are applied according to the prices and timeframes specified by the shipping companies (GHN, GHTK, J&T, etc.).

HA NOI

• EXPRESS DELIVERY: You will receive your order within 12-24 hours.
• Inner city districts: You will receive your order within 12-24 hours.

OTHER PROVINCES AND CITIES

• FAST DELIVERY 2-5 DAYS (Price varies depending on shipping company)
• FAST DELIVERY (Price varies depending on shipping method)

Defining the responsibilities of traders and logistics service providers regarding the provision of goods documentation during the delivery and receipt process.
The logistics service provider is responsible for providing proof of goods delivery (photographs and signatures of the recipient) to the buyer and seller upon request.

The above timelines are estimates. In exceptional cases due to unforeseen circumstances, your order may be delivered up to one day later than the estimated time.
