• EXPRESS DELIVERY (Receive within 2 hours): Shipping fees are calculated based on the third-party carrier’s rates.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM: Delivered within the same day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM: Delivered before 11:00 AM the next day.

• STANDARD DELIVERY (12 – 24 hours): * Inner-city districts: Shipping fees and delivery times are applied according to the regulations of our shipping partners (GHN, GHTK, J&T, etc.).

HANOI

• EXPRESS DELIVERY: Orders will be received within 12 – 24 hours.

• Inner-city districts: Orders will be received within 12 – 24 hours.

OTHER PROVINCES & CITIES

• FAST SHIPPING (2 – 5 Days): Fees vary based on the third-party carrier’s rates.

Allocation of Responsibilities for Logistics Service Providers regarding Shipping Documents

• Logistics service providers are responsible for providing proof of delivery (photos and the recipient’s signature) to both the buyer and the seller upon request.

• The delivery timeframes mentioned above are estimated. In some special cases due to objective factors, your order may be delayed by a maximum of 1 day compared to the expected time. Selia and our shipping partners always strive to deliver products to our customers as safely and quickly as possible. We highly appreciate your understanding and continued companionship with Selia.
